Drake\u2019s eighth studio LP For All The Dogs<\/em>\u00a0is projected to generate massive numbers in its first week, adding to his solid track record of fan engagement.<\/p>\n

Released at 6 AM on Friday (October 6), the album is currently expected to hit an opening of 400\u2013450K units in its first week.<\/p>\n

This would make it the fourth-biggest opening of any album this year, trailing only Taylor Swift, Morgan Wallen, and Travis Scott.<\/p>\n

For All The Dogs<\/em> has 23 songs in total, with contributions from Teezo Touchdown, 21 Savage, J. Cole and Chief Keef, among others. With a runtime that comes to almost an hour and a half, this is Drizzy\u2019s first album of this year after dropping two in 2022, including a collaborative record with 21 Savage.<\/p>\n

Aside from all the positives, Drake has also been put on blast by a Baltimore artist named Rye Rye who claimed she was sampled on For All The Dogs<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old rapp<\/a>er took to social media<\/a> soon after the album went public to say that her \u201cWhat\u201d ad-lib had been used on the 21 Savage-assisted \u201cCalling For You.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI WANNA BE FLATTERED SO BAD but now I feeel like this n-gga trolling @champagnepapi this shit crazy this millionaire used my sample for the 2nd time .. I really loved Drake as an artist but shit like this throw you off,\u201d she wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The uncredited vocals originally landed on the deluxe edition of Rye\u2019s 2012 album, Go! Pop! Bang!<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cCalling For You\u201d landed as track no. 3 on\u00a0For All The Dogs<\/em> and is produced by a phalanx of beatsmiths that includes Lil Yachty, Powertrav, Noah \u201c40\u201d Shebib, and Cash Cobain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
