Court documents confirm that six new charges have been filed in Melly\u2019s case, the case of YNW Bortlen \u2014 Melly\u2019s co-defendant in a separate but connected homicide case stemming from the double murder of their friends YNW Juvy and YNW Sakchaser \u2014 and that of Terrence Mathis. <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            Mathis is a Broward County Jail inmate accused of helping Melly contact Bortlen, who was out on bond at the time of the alleged tampering. The state claims Bortlen and Mathis aided in Melly\u2019s attempt to sway members of his first murder trial\u2019s jury. On Tuesday (October 17), Judge Murphy <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roved Assistant State Attorney Alixandra Buckelew \u2014 who who helped convict four men accused in the 2018 murder of XXXTentacion \u2014 as the case\u2019s new lead prosecutor.  ASA Kristin Bradley, who had led the prosecution of Melly\u2019s first murder trial, was recused from the case on Friday the 13th.
