I like to evaluate people in public life in terms of what have they gotten done for us.\u201d <\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Clinton\u2019s comments come just days after a poll showed Biden falling behind Trump in five battleground states, creating concern among Democrats nationwide. <\/p>\n<p>Democratic hopes for the coming election cycle got a shot in the arm Tuesday evening, however, when a number of progressive causes and candidates won sweeping victories in states including Ohio and Virginia, where issues such as women\u2019s reproductive rights and the economy were top of mind for voters. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you go back and look at comparable points, Barack Obama was behind at this point in his reelection, my husband was behind \u2026 until the candidates are actually chosen, people are always saying maybe there\u2019s somebody better out there \u2026 That\u2019s natural,\u201d Clinton, who lost to Trump in the 2016 presidential election, said. \u201cBut look at the alternative, and look at what we would face as a country.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Clinton said the country would change dramatically \u201cas we know it\u201d if Trump were to be elected in 2024. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can\u2019t even think that,\u201d she said. \u201cI hated losing, and I especially hated losing to him \u2026 I think he\u2019d be even worse now because he was somewhat restrained in the first time by people he hired \u2026 the wreckage would be unimaginable.\u201d\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Copyright 2023 Nexstar <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Media<\/a> Inc.
