{"id":597394,"date":"2023-11-12T00:48:16","date_gmt":"2023-11-11T21:48:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/tiny-pretty-things-barton-cowperthwaite-brain-cancer-diagnosis-tvline\/"},"modified":"2023-11-12T00:48:16","modified_gmt":"2023-11-11T21:48:16","slug":"tiny-pretty-things-barton-cowperthwaite-brain-cancer-diagnosis-tvline","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/tiny-pretty-things-barton-cowperthwaite-brain-cancer-diagnosis-tvline\/","title":{"rendered":"#Tiny Pretty Things\u2019 Barton Cowperthwaite Brain Cancer Diagnosis \u2013 TVLine"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-social=\"true\" data-component=\"gutenberg-content\" data-template=\"article\" data-inner-width=\"content\">\n<div class=\"_inner_489uc_1 \" data-alias=\"gutenberg-content__content\"><em>Tiny Pretty Things<\/em> alum Barton Cowperthwaite revealed on Friday that he was diagnosed with brain cancer, saying doctors found \u201cat least a stage 2\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/diseases-conditions\/glioma\/symptoms-causes\/syc-20350251\">glioma<\/a> \u2014 a growth of cells that starts in the brain or spinal cord.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a fairly decent sized brain tumor,\u201d Cowperthwaite, 31, wrote on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CzeaKPEPTGn\/\">Instagram<\/a>. \u201cThe tumor\u2019s cells originate in the brain, so it\u2019s not spread from a cancer anywhere else in the body.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The actor and ballet dancer went on to detail his upcoming treatment, saying the only way forward is brain surgery \u2014 which he expects to have done within the next couple of weeks. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDocs so far have been confident that they\u2019ll be able to remove most of the tumor, and that after a successful operation, and some rehab, I will be operating like my (amazing, talented, brilliant, hilarious) self,\u201d he wrote.
