{"id":598132,"date":"2023-11-18T20:08:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-18T17:08:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/cassie-sean-diddy-combs-settle-lawsuit-over-sexual-abuse-allegations\/"},"modified":"2023-11-18T20:08:12","modified_gmt":"2023-11-18T17:08:12","slug":"cassie-sean-diddy-combs-settle-lawsuit-over-sexual-abuse-allegations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/cassie-sean-diddy-combs-settle-lawsuit-over-sexual-abuse-allegations\/","title":{"rendered":"#Cassie, Sean \u2018Diddy\u2019 Combs settle lawsuit over sexual abuse allegations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/11\/AP17173113621319-e1700327117964.jpg?w=900\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>A lawsuit from singer Cassie Ventura alleging sexual abuse by famed music producer Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs was <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/sean-combs-cassie-lawsuit-2d2a4c8938eb82c34b62c01a30969554\">settled<\/a> on Friday, the pair announced, just a day after it was filed.<\/p>\n<p>The suit alleged that Cassie suffered years of \u201cabuse, violence and sex trafficking\u201d while in an on-and-off relationship with Combs starting in 2005, who was also her boss.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>She said he lured her \u201cinto an ostentatious, fast-paced, and drug-fueled lifestyle, and into a romantic relationship with him,\u201d when she was just 19 years old and he was 37.<\/p>\n<p>The settlement announcement came less than 24 hours after the lawsuit was filed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,\u201d Cassie, real name Cassandra Ventura, said in a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/sean-combs-cassie-lawsuit-2d2a4c8938eb82c34b62c01a30969554\">statement<\/a>. \u201cI want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Combs said: \u201cWe have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The suit also alleged that Combs physically abused Ventura, describing \u201csavage\u201d beatings in which he punched, kicked and stomped on her.<\/p>\n<p>She also claimed that Combs raped her when she attempted to leave the relationship in 2018.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Combs, a Grammy-winner widely known for establishing artists such as Mary J.
