When you do that, it triggers commercial liability insurance and it triggers another policy called directors and officers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She continued: \u201cWe know he\u2019s the director of the companies as a CEO. So now you got two policies. What h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ens then is, it takes away Puffy\u2019s ability to settle. It\u2019s not his choice no more. [\u2026] So because they added those claims, the corporate insurance carrier got to say, \u2018Oh hell no, we\u2019re giving her the money.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"instagram-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/C0NWvXKu2-c\/embed\" width=\"320\" height=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>HipHopDX<\/em> has reached out to both Symone Redwine and representatives for Diddy for additional comment.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Cassie filed a disturbing lawsuit against Diddy \u2014 who she dated off-and-on from 2007 through 2018 \u2014 alleging human trafficking, sexual abuse, assault, and more.<\/p>\n<p>She went on to settle with Diddy less than 24 hours later; however the financial terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,\u201d Cassie (real name Casandra Ventura) said in a statement per the\u00a0<em>New York<\/em><em>Post<\/em>. \u201cI want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday (November 28),\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2023\/11\/28\/diddy-steps-aside-chairman-revolt-cassie-sexual-assault-lawsuit\/\"><em>TMZ<\/em><\/a>\u00a0reported that Puff has temporarily\u00a0stepped down as the chairman of Revolt, the network he founded a decade ago. A source told the outlet that the move \u201cwas to not allow the accusations he\u2019s facing [to] distract from Revolt\u2019s mission or success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Two more lawsuits were filed against Diddy (real name Sean Combs) following the settlement.<\/p>\n<p>The most recent accuses him of raping two women \u201cin 1990 or 1991.\u201d The suit alleges that singer Aaron Hall, best known as a member of the R&amp;B\/new jack swing group Guy, also raped both women on the same night.<\/p>\n<p>Denying the claims, a spokesperson for Diddy told\u00a0<em>HipHopDX<\/em>: \u201cThese are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs\u2019 fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without con<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">science<\/a> or consequence for financial benefit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The second person to accuse Diddy of sexual assault was\u00a0Joi Dickerson-Neal, who claims that the rapper and producer drugged and raped her in the early \u201990s, while also filming the act.
