“FanFic Corner: How the Stan Stole Christmas<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Every weeb down in Weebville liked Christmas a lot\u2026
<\/br>But the Stan, who lived just north of Weebville, did not! <\/p>\n

The Stan hated Christmas! Every anime<\/a> season!
<\/br>Now, please don\u2019t ask why. No one quite knows the reason.
<\/br>It could be his head wasn\u2019t screwed on just right.
<\/br>It could be, perhaps, the constant internet fights.
<\/br>But I think that the most likely reason of all,
<\/br>May have been his habit to spam every Twitter<\/a> feed wall.<\/p>\n

Whatever the reason, his mind or his feed,
<\/br>He stood there on Christmas Eve, hating the weebs.
<\/br>Staring down from his cave with a sour Stan glare,
<\/br>At the weebs down below in the midst of fanfare.
<\/br>\u201cOh how I hate those despicable weebs,\u201d
<\/br>Said the Stan from the mountain hidden in trees.<\/p>\n

Whether it be Love Live, Vocaloid, iM@S, or Bang Dream,
<\/br>The Stan continued to grumble, letting off steam.
<\/br>\u201cAlways playing those songs that I truly detest.\u201d
<\/br>\u201cCan\u2019t they listen to real music and just stan BTS?\u201d
<\/br>\u201cTomorrow is Christmas! They\u2019ll only get worse!\u201d Then the Stan slammed on his keyboard, leaving a scuff.
<\/br>\u201cI must find a way to finally shut those weebs up!\u201d<\/p>\n

For tomorrow, he knew, all the weeb girls and boys,
<\/br>Would wake up mid-afternoon. They\u2019d rush for their toys!
<\/br>And then! Oh, the noise! Oh, the noise!
<\/br>That\u2019s one thing he hated! The NOISE!
<\/br>NOISE! NOISE! NOISE!<\/p>\n

Then the weebs, new and old, would sit down to a feast.
<\/br>And they\u2019d feast! And they\u2019d feast! And they\u2019d FEAST!
<\/br>FEAST! FEAST! FEAST!
<\/br>They would feast on weeb-ramen. They would pound back the drinks,
<\/br>Which was something the Stan couldn\u2019t stand in the least!<\/p>\n

And then they\u2019d do something he liked least of all!
<\/br>Every weeb down in Weebville, the tall and the small,
<\/br>Would stand close together, with penlights swinging.
<\/br>They\u2019d stand hand-in-hand. And the weebs would start singing!
<\/br>And they\u2019d sing! And they\u2019d SING!
<\/br>SING! SING! SING!<\/p>\n

And the more the Stan thought of this amateur display,
<\/br>The more the Stan thought, \u201cI must stop this whole day!\u201d
<\/br>\u201cWhy, for years I\u2019ve put up with this now!\u201d
<\/br>\u201cI must stop this Christmas from coming! But how?\u201d<\/p>\n

Then he got an idea! An awful idea!
<\/br>The Stan got a wonderful, awful idea!<\/p>\n

\u201cI know just what to do!\u201d the Stan laughed in his chair.
<\/br>And he turned quickly around, flipping his hair.
<\/br>And he took out some black shorts and a highlighter pen.
<\/br>\u201cWith this budget cosplay, I\u2019ll look just like Kagamine Len!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAll I need is a ride\u2026\u201d thought the Stan, assessing his needs,
<\/br>For he was no longer allowed to borrow the car keys.
<\/br>Did that stop the Stan? No! The Stan simply said,
<\/br>\u201cIf I can\u2019t get a ride, I\u2019ll make one instead!\u201d
<\/br>So he called his dog, Jin. Then he took some purple thread,
<\/br>And he tied him together with an old sled.<\/p>\n

Then he loaded some bags and some old empty bins,
<\/br>on the makeshift sleigh and hitched up poor Jin.
<\/br>Then the Stan said, \u201c SKSKSKSKSK!\u201d And the sleigh started down,
<\/br>Toward the homes where the weebs lay asnooze in their town.<\/p>\n

All the windows were dark. Quiet snow filled the air.
<\/br>All the weebs dreaming of isekai in their beds without care.
<\/br>\u201cThis is stop number one,\u201d said the Stan checking his list.
<\/br>And he climbed to the roof, empty bags in his fist.<\/p>\n

The scene was quite dark with the chimney lit starkly.
<\/br>The fit was tight, but the Stan did it for ARMY.
<\/br>He got stuck only once, for a moment or two.
<\/br>Then he slipped down, into the fireplace he flew,
<\/br>Where the little anime figures were all placed atop in a row.
<\/br>\u201cThese figures,\u201d he grinned, \u201care the first things to go!\u201d<\/p>\n

Then he slithered and slunk, with a smile akin to a curse,
<\/br>Around the whole room, and he took all the merch!
<\/br>Wall scrolls! And Blu-rays! Art books! Pillows!
<\/br>T-shirts! Posters! Figmas! And Nendos!
<\/br>And he stuffed them in bags. Then the Stan, very nimbly,
<\/br>Stuffed all the bags, one by one, up the chimney!<\/p>\n

Then he slunk to the desk. He took the orange glowsticks!
<\/br>He took the penlights! He took the compact discs!
<\/br>He cleared out their playlists as quick as a flash.
<\/br>Why, the Stan even threw the callbooks into the trash!
<\/br>Then he eyed in the corner an oversized plush.
<\/br>\u201cAnd now!\u201d grinned the Stan, \u201cI\u2019ll stuff the Neso up!\u201d<\/p>\n

And the Stan grabbed the Nesoberi, and he started to shove,
<\/br>When he head a small sound live the coo of a dove.
<\/br>He turned around fast, and he saw a young weeb.
<\/br>Little Suzie-Lee Weeb, who was not more than thirteen.
<\/br>The Stan had been caught by this young weeb daughter,
<\/br>Who\u2019d got out of bed for a cup of cold water.<\/p>\n

She stared at the Stan and said, \u201cLen-kun, why?\u201d
<\/br>\u201cWhy are you taking our Tera Nesoberi? Why?\u201d
<\/br>But, you know, that Stan was so stubborn and so slick.
<\/br>He thought up a lie, and he thought it up quick!<\/p>\n

\u201cWhy, my sweet little shoujo,\u201d the fake Vocaloid lied.
<\/br>\u201cThere\u2019s a thread on this Neso that is loose on one side.\u201d
<\/br>\u201cSo I\u2019m taking it home to my studio, my dear.\u201d
<\/br>\u201cI\u2019ll fix it up there. Then I\u2019ll bring it back here.\u201d<\/p>\n

And his fib fooled the weeb. Then he patted her head,
<\/br>And he got her a drink and he sent her to bed.
<\/br>And when Suzie-Lee Weeb went to bed with her cup,
<\/br>He went to the chimney and stuffed the Neso up!
<\/br>Then the last thing he took was their gacha game<\/a> rolls,
<\/br>Hoping they\u2019d quit after such financial toll.<\/p>\n

Then he went up the chimney, himself, the liar.
<\/br>On their walls he left nothing but hook and some wire.
<\/br>Then he did the same for the other weebs\u2019 homes,
<\/br>Dismantling their idols, they\u2019d be forever alone!<\/p>\n

It was a quarter past noon\u2026 All the weebs, still in bed,
<\/br>All the weebs still asnooze when he packed up his sled,
<\/br>Packed it up with their merch. The figures in boxes kept mint!
<\/br>The photos! And the music! The books! And the prints!
<\/br>Three thousand feet up! To the top of Stan hill,
<\/br>He continued to ride, right towards the landfill!<\/p>\n

\u201cSo long weeb trash!\u201d he was eagerly humming.
<\/br>\u201cThey\u2019re about to find out no Christmas is coming!\u201d
<\/br>\u201cThey\u2019re just waking up! I know just what they\u2019ll do!\u201d
<\/br>\u201cTheir mouths will hang open a minute or two,
<\/br>Then the weebs down in Weebville will all cry Boo-Hoo!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s a noise,\u201d grinned the Stan, \u201cThat I simply MUST hear!\u201d
<\/br>So he paused. And the Stan put his hand to his ear.
<\/br>And he did hear a sound rising over the snow.
<\/br>It started out low. Then it started to grow.
<\/br>But the sound wasn\u2019t sad! Why, this sound sounded merry!
<\/br>It couldn\u2019t be so! But it was merry! VERY!<\/p>\n

He stared down at Weebville. The Stan rubbed his eyes.
<\/br>Then he shook. What he saw was a shocking surprise!
<\/br>Every weeb down in Weebville, the tall and the small,
<\/br>Was singing! Without any merchandise at all!<\/p>\n

He hadn\u2019t stopped Christmas from coming. IT CAME!
<\/br>Somehow or other, it came just the same!
<\/br>The Stan stood baffled, scrolling through fan cams on his phone,
<\/br>Wondering how after all this they still had such a good tone.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt came without plushes! It came without hauls!\u201d
<\/br>\u201cIt came without packages, boxes, or calls!\u201d
<\/br>And he stood puzzled for hours, till his head went sore.
<\/br>Then the Stan thought of something that he hadn\u2019t before!<\/p>\n

\u201cMaybe a fandom,\u201d he thought, \u201cisn\u2019t about just obsessing hardcore.\u201d
<\/br>\u201cMaybe being a fan\u2026 can mean a little bit more.\u201d<\/p>\n

And what happ<\/a>ened then? Well\u2026 in the DMs they say,
<\/br>That the Stan\u2019s heart grew three sizes that day!
<\/br>And the minute that he began to see the light,
<\/br>The Stan grabbed all the gifts and began to take flight,
<\/br>And he brought back the merch! And he brought back their gear!
<\/br>And he, HE himself, joined the weebs in their cheers!<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
