For example, you could have employees rack up points for every piece of EGC they publish. Whoever gets the most points at the end of the quarter gets a gift card to their favorite place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will take some time to get the ball rolling with EGC.
