You can continue to call me names,\u201d she said in a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NewYorkStateAG\/status\/1733266361378275657\">video message Friday<\/a>. \u201cBut as the judge said today, \u2018the standard is truth.\u2019 And the truth is on our side.\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>With a smile on her face, James rec<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed the testimonies of three expert witnesses called for Trump\u2019s defense and explained how each one actually helped prove her case that Trump and his company committed fraud.<\/p>\n<p>James\u2019 case specifically alleges that Trump and his company knowingly falsified financial statements, inflating and deflating the values of assets to get better insurance and loan terms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOver the past few days, we continue to hear testimony from the defendants\u2019 many expert witnesses,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd one of these experts admitted that the valuations of some of the properties on Donald Trump\u2019s statement of financial condition were neither \u2018proper,\u2019 nor \u2018reasonable.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another witness, James said, was asked by Trump personally to help his case at his Mar-a-Lago club, a conflict of interest. A third had their fees paid by Trump\u2019s political action committee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe testified that the value of Donald Trump\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>lex was inflated. That we can agree,\u201d she said of the third witness. \u201cBut he also had a lot to say about Donald Trump\u2019s statements of financial condition, even though he has not prepared a financial statement since the 1980s.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trump himself is expected to testify in court on Monday, the second time he takes the stand in the case. He will take questions from his attorneys as part of his defense.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>\u201cWhen he has nothing to hide, it\u2019s the best thing you could do is put this great witness on that is going to stand up and tell you the truth,\u201d lawyer Alina Habba said in a Fox <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a> interview Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s previous stint on the stand was bombastic and met with pushback from the judge, who said his testimony was akin to a political rally.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He also faces a gag order in the case, limiting what he can say about court employees and certain details of the case publicly.
