Constellation<\/em> is coming soon to Apple TV+, and the streaming service has released the first photos for the new thriller. Peter Harness created the eight-episode series<\/a>, which will arrive in February.<\/p>\n

Starring Noomi Rapace and Jonathan Banks, the series follows a woman after she returns home from a trip<\/a> in space and finds that not everything is as she left it. James D\u2019Arcy, Julian Looman, William Catlett, Barbara Sukowa, and Rosie and Davina Coleman also star in the series.<\/p>\n

Apple TV+ revealed more about the series in a press release.<\/p>\n

Apple TV+ today shared the first images from \u201cConstellation,\u201d a new eight-part, conspiracy-based psychological thriller drama starring Noomi Rapace (\u201cThe Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,\u201d \u201cYou Won\u2019t Be Alone\u201d) and Emmy Award nominee Jonathan Banks (\u201cBreaking Bad,\u201d \u201cBetter Call Saul\u201d). Created and written by Peter Harness (\u201cWallander,\u201d \u201cThe War of the Worlds,\u201d \u201cDoctor Who\u201d ), also starring James D\u2019Arcy (\u201cAgent Carter,\u201d \u201cOppenheimer\u201d), Julian Looman (\u201cEmily in Paris,\u201d \u201cThe Mallorca Files\u201d), William Catlett (\u201cA Thousand and One,\u201d \u201cThe Devil You Know\u201d), Barbara Sukowa (\u201cVoyager,\u201d \u201cHannah Arendt\u201d) and introducing Rosie and Davina Coleman as Alice. Directed by Emmy Award winner Michelle MacLaren (\u201cShining Girls,\u201d \u201cThe Morning Show,\u201d \u201cBreaking Bad\u201d), Oscar nominee Oliver Hirschbiegel (\u201cDownfall,\u201d \u201cThe Experiment\u201d) and Oscar nominee Joseph Cedar (\u201cFootnote,\u201d \u201cOur Boys\u201d). \u201cConstellation\u201d will make its global debut with the first three episodes on Wednesday, February 21, 2024<\/strong> on Apple TV+, followed by one episode weekly through March 27.<\/p>\n

\u201cConstellation\u201d stars Rapace as Jo \u2014 an astronaut who returns to Earth after a disaster in space \u2014 only to discover that key pieces of her life seem to be missing. The action-packed space adventure is an exploration of the dark edges of human psychology, and one woman\u2019s desperate quest to expose the truth about the hidden history of space travel and recover all that she has lost.<\/p>\n

Produced by Turbine Studios and Haut et Court TV, the series is executive produced by David Tanner (\u201cSmall Axe\u201d), Tracey Scoffield (\u201cSmall Axe\u201d), Caroline Benjo (\u201cNo Man\u2019s Land\u201d), Simon Arnal (\u201cNo Man\u2019s Land\u201d), Carole Scotta (\u201cNo Man\u2019s Land\u201d) and Justin Thomson (\u201cLiaison\u201d). MacLaren directs the first two episodes and executive produces with Rebecca Hobbs (\u201cShining Girls\u201d) and co-executive producer Jahan Lopes for MacLaren Entertainment. Harness executive produces through Haunted Barn Ltd. The series was shot principally in Germany and was series produced by Daniel Hetzer (\u201cMunich \u2014 The Edge of War\u201d) for Turbine Studios, Germany.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
