An \u201cultra teaser visual\u201d has been released.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The first season of\u00a0<em>The Eminence in Shadow\u00a0<\/em><em>2nd Season\u00a0<\/em>premiered in October 2022 and ran for 20 episodes, while the 12-episode second season started in October of this year. The anime is based on the KADOKAWA-published isekai light novel <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> written by <strong>Daisuke Aizawa<\/strong> and illustrated <strong>Azunishi<\/strong>, which began in 2018 and has six volumes as of October 2023.
