Are\u00a0Tom Sandoval<\/strong> and\u00a0Tom Schwartz<\/strong> really the guys to talk about cheating? Well, in a way the Vanderpump Rules<\/em> stars have the right experience for the job\u2026<\/p>\n

Sandy has of course become synonymous with cheating thanks to Le Scandoval. It was revealed this March he\u2019d carried on a seven-month affair behind longtime girlfriend\u00a0Ariana Madix<\/strong>\u2018s back \u2014 with her co-star and \u201cfriend\u201d\u00a0Rachel Leviss<\/strong>. And the extent of Schwartz\u2019s cheating on\u00a0Katie Maloney<\/strong> hasn\u2019t been fully revealed. We do know he \u201cstrayed a few times.\u201d And it ended badly for both!<\/p>\n

So while we wouldn\u2019t trust these guys with our sisters, they\u00a0may<\/em> actually be the right choice to talk to guys who might cheat. Sort of a\u00a0Scared Straight<\/em> thing.<\/p>\n

On this week\u2019s episode of Sandoval\u2019s podcast Everybody Loves Tom<\/em>, the pair decided to \u201cgive a PSA\u201d to all their listeners, with\u00a0Schwartz starting off:<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re unhapp<\/a>y in your relationship, if you feel lost or have experienced feelings for a coworker and it\u2019s starting to escalate, don\u2019t do it. Don\u2019t do it. Just sit down and have that very uncomfortable conversation with your partner. Go to therapy, or just say it\u2019s over. Don\u2019t have a f**king affair.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We mean\u2026 yes! Exactly right! Sad he had to go through with affairs to learn that, but at least he\u2019s here now, on the other side of it, sending the right message!<\/p>\n

Sandoval got really personal, expressing:<\/p>\n

\u201cOne thing that really kept me hanging on was the insecurity I had in myself. I felt like. \u2018Oh, my gosh, I can\u2019t lose this other person because I\u2019ll never get this.\u2019 I had such an insecurity with myself that I felt if I let this go, it will never happen again.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

But even if you don\u2019t think you\u2019ll find the kind of stability or contentment you already have, you\u2019re better off breaking up and taking that risk, Sandy explained \u2014 because \u201cbanking on that is a much safer bet than staying and doing and living in that.\u201d Because living that double life will destroy the relationship AND you with it. He explained:<\/p>\n

\u201cYou become an addict. You cling on to that fling that you had. That euphoria and that feeling you have when you\u2019re with that person\u2026 You start to hide from the reality of the rest of your life. And you just become lost in that. Dude, I look back on that now and I\u2019m like, \u2018Holy s**t.\u2019 And Schwartz and other people around me, they saw me and I was f**king fixated and barely present.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

At least he\u2019s holding himself accountable now for his behavior\u2026 right?<\/p>\n
