On Saturday (December 23), the Bay Area native took to Twitter<\/a> and revealed that he had been admitted to a medical institution for a while, though he didn\u2019t specify the reason behind his poor heath.<\/p>\n

As of now, it is unclear if the 55-year-old rapper\u2019s condition has improved since his post went out or if he has been discharged.<\/p>\n
