Amy Robach<\/strong> and T.J. Holmes<\/strong> \u2014 who famously got exposed for an affair while co-hosts on GMA3: What You Need to Know<\/em> last November \u2014 have just revealed what their romance is *really* like. And it sounds toxic AF!<\/p>\n

In the new episode of their podcast Amy & T.J. <\/em>out on Tuesday, the lovebirds revealed how they handle arguments, or as they prefer to say, \u201chiccups\u201d \u2014 that occur about\u2026 once a WEEK!?<\/p>\n

Already a red flag!<\/p>\n

Without getting into what they consistently bicker about, T.J. put a lot of blame on himself for not handling disagreements well, sharing:<\/p>\n

\u201cI am really, really bad about this. I don\u2019t scream, I don\u2019t yell, I don\u2019t do anything. I don\u2019t name-call, I don\u2019t get aggressive. Nothing, but I will check out. I don\u2019t need you to say \u2018I\u2019m sorry.\u2019 I don\u2019t need you to help me. I have to work through it, and I\u2019m trying to get better at doing it quicker.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Yet, him not needing an \u201cI\u2019m sorry\u201d isn\u2019t exactly the full truth\u2026<\/p>\n

In fact, he went on to criticize how they don\u2019t come fast enough! He added:<\/p>\n

It\u2019s how you react in the moment that makes all the difference in the world because, in that moment, we have a chance to go this way or this way. And if you go that way, I\u2019m out. As you\u2019d imagine, the former 20\/20<\/em> co-host isn\u2019t a fan of her boyfriend ghosting her during these messy moments \u2014 especially since it\u2019s a process that usually takes him around two days. Whoa! She explained her side of things:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s two days, at least. I would rather have him yell at me than freeze me out for two days. \u2026 I\u2019m like, I don\u2019t know what to say, what to do, what he thinks.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jeez. Why can\u2019t they just have a civil conversation about what is bothering them? Why does it have to be one of these extremes!? Neither of these options seem healthy on such a regular basis! Just saying!<\/p>\n

Despite all these issues in their relationship, the couple have NO intention of splitting up! The 50-year-old, who was married to Andrew Shue<\/strong>, opened up about the possibility of marriage in last week\u2019s episode, teasing:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s under consideration. We did not enter this relationship for fun or for \u2018Let\u2019s see what happ<\/a>ens.\u2019 We entered this relationship because we intended on spending our lives together. So whether or not we have some sort of legal, you know, I don\u2019t know, button on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since they \u201cboth have two marriages under our belts,\u201d they\u2019re in no rush, she added. As for T.J.? Well, Marilee Fiebig<\/strong>\u2018s ex is more concerned about optics, chiming in:<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to marry you, in part, because you\u2019re 50 and I\u2019m 46. And I\u2019m very sick of introducing a 50-year-old woman as my girlfriend. That just sounds stupid.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
