PlayStation Productions is developing a movie based on the PlayStation 4 horror game<\/a> Until Dawn<\/em> with Screen Gems and Shazam!<\/em> director David F. Sandberg the companies announced. <\/p>\n

The movie is being produced by Gary Dauberman via Coin Operated Productions, Sandberg and Lotta Losten via Manga<\/a>ta, Roy Lee of Vertigo Entertainment, and Asad Qizilbash and Carter Swan of PlayStation Productions.<\/p>\n

Dauberman is also doing a pass on the script<\/a> originally written by Blair Butler, who previously wrote the 2022 horror film The Invitation<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Screen Gems describes the movie adaptation as an R-rated love letter to the horror genre with an ensemble cast.<\/p>\n
