Failure to do so may result in significant disruptions to your ad campaign.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/1038259\/SEL_Post-text --><\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1693000027709-0\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"post-break\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Action needed.<\/strong> If Google Ads detects a violation on your app or website, it will send you an email pinpointing the problem and set a deadline for fixing it. Google will keep an eye on your account to make sure you\u2019ve resolved the issue in time. If until the given deadline, the Consent Banner has not been fixed, including suspension.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>New rules. <\/strong>The EU User Consent Policy mandates that marketers utilizing Google Ads must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secure consent from end users in the EU and UK for:\n<ul>\n<li>The use of cookies or other local storage where legally required.<\/li>\n<li>The collection, sharing, and use of personal data for the personalization of ads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Clearly identify every party that might collect, receive, or utilize end users\u2019 personal data due to your utilization of a Google product.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that end users can easily access clear and prominent information about how the identified parties intend to use their personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why now? <\/strong>The warning notifications started after Google announced last week that advertisers wanting to serve personalized ads to consumers in the EEA must take im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>te action to prevent campaign performance issues.
