\n During Dakota Johnson\u2018s Saturday Night Live<\/em> monologue, she acknowledged that she just can\u2019t take \u201cinterviews seriously\u201d while promoting her films. <\/p>\n

\n The actress, who stars in the upcoming Marvel movie Madame Web<\/em>, alongside Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced and Celeste O\u2019Connor, has been doing a lot of press interviews for the film and realized, \u201cI\u2019m just not good at talking to journalists.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n \u201cI think the big problem is that I say stuff and then they write it down and, and it\u2019s really unfair because most of the time I\u2019m joking,\u201d she quipped.<\/p>\n

\n But Johnson said she\u2019s been that way for a long time, even when she was younger. She proceeded to show a video of her on a red carpet in the \u201990s with her father, actor Don Johnson, as a child. In the footage, she can be seen rolling her eyes.<\/p>\n

\n When the camera cuts back to her on the SNL<\/em> stage, Johnson rolls her eyes again while laughing.<\/p>\n

\n As for her MCU movie, which hits theaters on Feb. 14, Johnson said, \u201cIt\u2019s kind of like if AI generated your boyfriend\u2019s perfect movie.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n It was Johnson\u2019s second time hosting SNL<\/em> after she previously led a season 40 episode in 2015. As she looked back at the show at one point, a photo app<\/a>eared on the screen where Johnson could be seen standing in the audience among Steven Spielberg, Sarah Palin, George Lucas and Donald Trump.<\/p>\n

\n The actress continued to make a joke about Trump, saying, \u201cIt\u2019s just crazy standing so close to someone that would become the most powerful person in America,\u201d as the camera zooms in on Taylor Swift, who was also sitting in front of her in the photo.<\/p>\n

\n Later during her monologue, the Fifty Shades of Grey<\/em> actress called out Justin Timberlake as the night\u2019s musical guest, but the singer-actor took that as a cue to take the stage.<\/p>\n

\n As Johnson stood there with a look of confusion, Timberlake said he assumed he was also hosting, saying, \u201cIf you want me to be in sketches \u2014 I have hosted before,\u201d while raising his hand to show that he had already hosted SNL<\/em> five times.<\/p>\n

\n In response, Johnson said, \u201cYeah, well, that was 10 years ago. \u2026 I mean, either way, I\u2019m so happy you chose my show for your comeback.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n But the singer wasn\u2019t too sure about The Social<\/a> Network<\/em> actress calling it a \u201ccomeback,\u201d adding, \u201cIs that what we\u2019re calling it?\u201d Johnson quickly responded, \u201cI mean, comeback in a good way.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n \u201cI see what this is, this is where we make a joke,\u201d Timberlake said. \u201cLike first he was bringing sexy back and now he\u2019s bringing coming back.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n But Johnson noted that she \u201cwouldn\u2019t phrase it like that,\u201d with the singer adding, \u201cYeah, you\u2019re right now that I\u2019ve heard that out loud.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n Jimmy Fallon also made a special appearance during Johnson\u2019s monologue, but dressed as Barry Gibb. Later in the episode, Fallon and Timberlake, who played Gibb\u2019s younger brother, Robin, brought back The Barry Gibb Talk Show<\/em> for an SNL<\/em> sketch.<\/p>\n

\n It was Johnson\u2019s second time hosting SNL<\/em> after her first time in Studio 8H in 2015. Shark Tank<\/em> stars Barbara Corcoran and Mark Cuban also made appearances on Saturday\u2019s episode.<\/p>\n
