One of these is an action snippet in which a large metal sheet \u2014 the only thing standing between <strong>Ryouhei Suzuki<\/strong>\u2018s Ryo Saeba and a row of automatic gunfire \u2014 spins wildly from bullet impact. An earlier preview sees Ryo swinging from a skyscraper and taking aim mid-air.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"2024\u5e74 Netflix\u304c\u8d08\u308b\u5b9f\u5199\u306e\u6ce8\u76ee\u4f5c\u54c1 - Netflix\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IFPG79PZiQU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Production of Netflix\u2019s <em>City Hunter\u00a0<\/em>was announced in December 2022. <strong>Yuuichi Satou<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Na mo Naki Sekai no End Roll<\/em>) is directing based on a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a> by <strong>Tatsuro Mishima<\/strong> (<em>Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead<\/em> live-action). <strong>Misato Morita<\/strong> plays Ryo\u2019s partner Kaori Makimura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Shueisha-published <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/anime-manga\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"6\" title=\"Anime || Manga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manga<\/a> by\u00a0<strong>Tsukasa<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Houjou\u00a0<\/strong>ran from 1985 to 1991. Two spin-offs from other manga artists began in 2017 and 2018, respectively. An anime <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TV series<\/a> adaptation of <em>City Hunter<\/em> aired in 1987 and inspired a few more seasons, TV specials, and movies. A new\u00a0anime movie was released in 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Mangahot website publishes the manga in English and describes the premise as:<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Ryo Saeba, a.k.a. City Hunter. A sweeper who fulfills all his client\u2019s needs. He\u2019ll do anything from bodyguarding to contract killing, but he\u2019ll only take the job if a pretty woman is involved, or the client\u2019s sincerity makes his heart tremble. Together with his partner Kaori Makimura, the kid sister of his late best friend, Ryo fights the evil haunting the shadows of the city!! <\/em><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Netflix series is the first Japanese live-action adaptation of the manga. There have previously been a 1993 movie starring <strong>Jackie Chan<\/strong>, a 2019 French adaptation, and an unreleased Chinese adaptation.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure
