\n Jon Cryer isn\u2019t jumping at the idea of a Two and a Half Men<\/em> reboot with Charlie Sheen.<\/p>\n

\n During a recent app<\/a>earance on The View<\/em>, the actor was asked if he thought there could be an opportunity for a reboot of the hit CBS sitcom, which ran from 2003 to 2015, in the future.<\/p>\n

\n \u201cOh gosh, oh gosh. Yeah, I don\u2019t know how that happens,\u201d Cryer admitted. \u201cI mean the thing is, Charlie is doing a lot better now which is wonderful. He and I have not spoken in a few years but he\u2019s doing a lot better, which obviously I am happy about. And obviously, Chuck Lorre, who produced\u00a0Two and a Half Men<\/em>\u2026 one of the hardest things for him when\u00a0Two and a Half Men<\/em>\u00a0fell apart the way it did was he really thought he was friends with Charlie. And that he lost that was really hard for him. So that they have reconciled is really lovely.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n Lorre and Sheen had a falling out when the actor was fired from Two and a Half Men<\/em> after publicly attacking Lorre with insulting comments. But they have since rekindled their friendship while working on Max\u2019s Bookie<\/em> together.<\/p>\n

\n As for Cryer, he has his own reasons for not wanting to reprise his role as Alan Harper in a potential reboot.<\/p>\n

\n \u201cThe thing for me is, when\u00a0Two and a Half Men<\/em>\u00a0was happening, Charlie was like the highest paid actor in television \u2013 probably ever. And there has been nobody that has surpassed the enormous amount of money he was making. And yet he blew it up,\u201d the Extended Family<\/em> actor said. \u201cSo you kinda have to think, I love him, I wish him the best and that he should live in good health the rest of his life, but I don\u2019t know if I want to get in business with him for any length of time. If it was a one-off or\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

\n The View<\/em> co-host Ana Navarro proceeded to interrupt Cryer and joked that a Two and a Half Men<\/em> reboot could demand equal salary for the cast, similar to how they negotiated on Friends<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n Cryer quipped in response, \u201cThere you go\u2026 that sounds fair.\u201d<\/p>\n
