FX is sticking with what works. The Bear<\/em> will continue to be released in the binge-release format on Hulu. The popular comedy-drama series<\/a> was renewed for a third season in November and the new episodes will arrive on the\u00a0streaming service in June 2024.<\/p>\n

Starring Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce, Abby Elliott, Liza Col\u00f3n-Zayas, Edwin Gibson, and Matty Matheson, the FX series was created by Christopher Storer. The story follows a former NYC chef (White) who now runs his family-owned sandwich shop in Chicago.<\/p>\n

John Landgraf, Chairman of FX Networks,\u00a0 said the following about the release schedule of The Bear<\/em> during the TCA\u2019s, per Deadline<\/a>:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe all watched the first season and it wasn\u2019t lost on me or anyone else who worked on the show that it\u2019s a little anxiety inducing to watch that show and anxiety inducing are not the adjectives typically associated with hit television shows and Emmy awards. So we made a decision that we would drop the whole thing because for those of you who saw it, it has a really beautiful, very uplifting ending.<\/p>\n

When we came back for Season 2, we debated, since we knew now that we had a hit, can we milk it a little bit? Can we roll it out over weeks, more Bear<\/em> is better? We then thought that\u2019s a rotten thing to do, to change it up for the audience. The way that Chris makes it, even though the episodes are separate, there\u2019s a whole vibe to every season so we decided not to change what we had already set in motion and I have no doubt that we\u2019ll keep doing it because we did it in the past. Even if we could, I don\u2019t think we\u2019d change it now.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The specific premiere date and additional details for season three of The Bear<\/em> will be announced later.<\/p>\n
