Mauricio Umansky<\/strong> is getting real about his marriage problems with\u00a0Kyle Richards<\/strong> \u2014 and the estranged couple\u2019s daughters are dealing with the emotional fallout.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, Netflix<\/strong> released the trailer for the second season of Mau\u2019s real estate-focused reality TV show\u00a0Buying Beverly Hills<\/em>. Except the focus wasn\u2019t on real estate in the swanky city at all. It was all about the slow-motion car crash that has been Mau\u2019s marriage to the\u00a0Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> star! Ugh!<\/p>\n

Of course, Umansky and Richards share three daughters together \u2014 Alexia<\/strong>, 27, Sophia<\/strong>, 24, and Portia<\/strong>, 16. Kyle also has another daughter \u2014 Farrah<\/strong>, 35 \u2014 from a previous marriage. She is also very close with Mau as his stepdaughter. In the trailer, the embattled dad and husband sits down with Alexia, Sophia, and Farrah to discuss the marriage situation. Emotional from the very beginning, he started out by saying:<\/p>\n

\u201cI had an amazing 26 years with your mom, an amazing 26 years. I wanted to do everything possible to just save it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

But save\u00a0what<\/em> is, of course, the question. After all, Kyle has been pretty tight-lipped about what\u2019s been going on ever since reports of marital strife first surfaced last summer. Well, in this new trailer, Mau did shed a bit of light on it. He recalled the conversation that led them to where they are today:<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, you know, your mom came and she talked to me, and she said, \u2018I think I need space.\u2019 She said to me, \u2018Listen. The rules are you go out, you date, you do whatever it is that you want to do. I\u2019m not going to be asking what you\u2019re doing, I don\u2019t want you to be asking me what I\u2019m doing \u2026 we are separated.’\u201d<\/p>\n

Whoa!<\/p>\n

As to be expected, the girls struggled to take in Mauricio\u2019s topic of conversation. The tears began to flow as they reacted to their new reality. Sophia was especially moved, as she wiped them away hurriedly while saying:<\/p>\n

\u201cOur life has just changed so much.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Farrah then said:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s so weird to be having these conversations. \u2026 I definitely could not have predicted where [our] life was going to be one year ago in all aspects.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As Sophia continued to cry, she added:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe only even found out that there was [sic] any issues just a few months ago, and now it just is like \u2026 things change so quickly.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Meanwhile, Alexia tried to offer a line of support:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m sorry that we\u2019re all going through this. Sorry for all of us. I\u2019m sorry for you guys, I\u2019m sorry for you.\u201d<\/p>\n

To which the 53-year-old real estate mogul answered:<\/p>\n

\u201cFor all of us.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
