\n Ballerina<\/em> is departing 2024, with the John Wick<\/em> spinoff now opening June 6, 2025. <\/p>\n

\n It departs a June 7, 2024 date, with Lionsgate insiders saying it will be getting additional action sequences under the guiding hand of Chad Stahelski, the mastermind behind the John Wick franchise. He will be working closely with Ballerina<\/em> director Len Wiseman. The studio also feels that because its upcoming Crow <\/em>film is ready for theaters, it does not need to rush Ballerina<\/em> into cinemas if they can make it better.<\/p>\n

\n Along with pushing Ballerina<\/em>, the studio has dated The<\/em> Crow<\/em> for June 7, 2024, the date Ballerina <\/em>vacated.<\/p>\n

\n Ballerina<\/em>\u00a0stars Ana de Armas star as an assassin trained in the traditions of the Ruska Roma. The film also stars Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, the late Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus, with Ian McShane and Wick <\/em>lead Keanu Reeves also among the cast.<\/p>\n

\n Rupert Sanders directs The Crow<\/em> from a script<\/a> by Zach Baylin and Will Schneider, rebooting the film franchise that launched with the 1994 feature film starring the late Brandon Lee, who died during production. The movie is based on the 1989 comic book series<\/a> of the same name and stars Bill Skarsg\u00e5rd as the title character alongside a cast that also includes FKA Twigs and Danny Huston.<\/p>\n

\n In addition to Ballerina<\/em> and The Crow<\/em>\u2018s release dates, Lionsgate set a new Guy Ritchie film for Jan. 17, 2025. It stars Henry Cavill and Eiza Gonz\u00e1lez, who will appear in Ritchie\u2019s upcoming Lionsgate feature The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare<\/em>, bowing April 19 of this year.<\/p>\n
