\n Attendees at this Saturday\u2019s SAG Awards will have a place to party after the big show, thanks to People<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n The magazine returns as host of the official post-SAG Awards gala for a 26th year at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles. As part of the partnership, People<\/em> will once again make an unspecified grant to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation\u2019s emergency assistance programs, which helps performing artists facing life-threatening illness and severe economic hardship.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n \u201cPeople<\/em> is proud of our established partnership with the SAG Awards and to help commemorate remarkable actors and their performances over the past year,\u201d offered People<\/em>\u2018s editor-in-chief Wendy Naugle. \u201cSAG-AFTRA Foundation provides vital support to the entertainment community. As People<\/em> celebrates our 50th anniversary, we are excited to celebrate the cultural change makers who have made the industry what it is today \u2014 and who will do so in the years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n Added SAG Awards executive producer Jon Brockett: \u201cPeople<\/em>\u2018s official post-SAG Awards gala is the ideal way to close a memorable night honoring actors and celebrating their incredible work. It\u2019s truly the actors\u2019 party.\u201d Said Cyd Wilson, SAG-AFTRA Foundation executive director: \u201cWe are particularly thankful for People\u2019s<\/em> annual support of our emergency assistance program, which became a lifeline for thousands of performers facing extreme financial hardship in this uniquely challenging year.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n Also returning is noted event producer Tony Schubert of Event Eleven who is designing and producing the gala for a 14th year. The gala will feature a new official spirits sponsor, Campari, which will be poured to make an SAG Awards cocktail called the Campari Red Carpet. Michelin-starred chef and media<\/a> personality Curtis Stone, of Curtis Stone Events, will spearhead the menu, which will feature passed canap\u00e9s, cheese, charcuterie and crudit\u00e9s stations and his signature mini Australian savory pies and homemade dips. <\/p>\n

\n Back to provide beats is celebrity DJ Michelle Pesce. People<\/em> is teaming with the photo pros at Shutterstock on a portrait studio, while City National Bank will present the official SAG Awards engraving station. <\/p>\n

\n The 30th annual SAG Awards will stream live globally on Netflix from L.A.\u2019s Shrine Auditorium on Saturday at 5 p.m. PT. A full list of nominees can be found here. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
