Yeat\u2018s new album 2093<\/em> is projected to top the charts in its first week out, nudging Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign\u2018s Vultures 1<\/em> down a notch to the No. 2 spot for its second week.<\/p>\n

According to a report from Hits Daily Double<\/a><\/em> on Friday (February 23), 2093<\/em> is expected to move app<\/a>roximately 72,597 equivalent units in its first week of release, and will arrive at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 when the newest chart is announced later this weekend.<\/p>\n

Vultures 1<\/em>, which debuted at No. 1 on last week\u2019s chart, will likely arrive at No. 2 this week with just a few thousand less units at 72,418.<\/p>\n

Yeat has made it clear that he doesn\u2019t plan on doing music forever, and he\u2019s going out in a blaze of glory.<\/p>\n

The Portland native took to his Instagram stories on Thursday (February 22) to reveal that he\u2019s got quite a bit of music for his devoted fans to enjoy \u2014 but also made it clear that the party isn\u2019t going to last forever.<\/p>\n

\u201cImma give yall a year of music then Imma tuck away and work on something life changing, ok,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n

He didn\u2019t specify, however, what that \u201clife changing\u201d thing will be.<\/p>\n

Fans, however, can rest easy knowing that the first of Yeat\u2019s new music is already out and features contributions from Hip Hop icons like\u00a0Future\u00a0and\u00a0Lil Wayne.<\/p>\n

The Portland-born artist dropped 2093 <\/em>\u2014 which he has been teasing for quite some time \u2014 on February 16.<\/p>\n

Over three months prior, he hinted at the follow-up to 2023\u2019s Aft\u00ebrlyfe<\/em>\u00a0 by editing a caption on an Instagram post to read: \u201c\u2026..#2093\u2026??????#ceo\u2026..\u201d<\/p>\n

Yeat has been promoting the upcoming album by projecting videos that offer a \u201cbetter life\u201d at iconic locations including the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. He even promoted the album with a crop circle outside of Kansas City, Missouri.<\/p>\n

Though Weezy and Future Hendrix are the only artists featured on\u00a02093<\/em>, Yeat has recently been in the studio with a number of other rap luminaries.<\/p>\n

At the end of last month,\u00a0the \u201cMy wrist\u201d rapper posted a carousel of images, one of which featured him in the studio with\u00a0Childish Gambino\u00a0and another included a FaceTime screenshot with\u00a0\u201cIDGAF\u201d collaborator Drake.<\/p>\n

2093<\/em>\u00a0continues Yeat\u2019s trend of including very few collaborators on his albums.\u00a0On\u00a0Aft\u00ebrlyfe<\/em>, the only guest features are Yeat\u2019s alter egos Kranky Kranky and Luh Geeky, and NBA YoungBoy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
