They serve to wrap up the high school era of protagonist Sakuta Azusagawa\u2019s stories. His \u201cUniversity Student Arc\u201d will be depicted in an upcoming new <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/anime-manga\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"6\" title=\"Anime || Manga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anime<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Below are Aniplex USA\u2019s respective synopses for the two new movies:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><em>Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sakuta Azusagawa is attending his third and last term as a second-year high school student. There are only a few days left to spend together at Minegahara High School with Mai Sakurajima, a third-year student and Sakuta\u2019s girlfriend. Meanwhile, his younger sister Kaede, who has loved her house for many years, reveals a secret to Sakuta that she has never shared with anyone. \u201cI want to go to big brother\u2019s school.\u201d This is a big decision for Kaede. Although Sakuta knows this is a difficult decision for her, he decides to gently support her. Little Kaede\u2019s feelings are entrusted to Kaede. This is a story about these two as they take a step into the future.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid <\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">March begins, and there is only one month left in the third term. Sakuta Azusagawa is about to celebrate the graduation of his girlfriend Mai Sakurajima. As he waits for Mai at Shichirigahama beach, an elementary school-aged girl who looks like Mai did when she was a child actress <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ears in front of him. \u201cWho are you, Mister?\u201d she asks. Is this a dream or an illusion? As he thinks about this mysterious experience, his father calls him. \u201cIt\u2019s about your mother. She says she wants to see Kaede,\u201d he says. Kaede\u2019s mother never came to terms with what happened to Kaede. Having been hospitalized for so long, their mother finally wants to see her daughter. To fulfill their mother\u2019s wish, Sakuta makes the decision to meet face-to-face \u2014 something they haven\u2019t done in a long time. He\u2019s unable to hide his nervousness about all this. Never-before-seen scars begin to appear on Sakuta\u2019s body. Could these be warning signs of a new type of puberty syndrome?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The <em>Rascal Does Not Dream<\/em> light novels\u00a0written by\u00a0<strong>Hajime Kamoshida<\/strong>\u00a0and illustrated by<strong> Keji Mizoguchi<\/strong> began publication in 2014 as a Dengeki Bunko title and has 13 volumes as of July 2023.
