Lady Luck has shared her disapp<\/a>ointment in the ongoing feud between two of Hip Hop\u2019s hottest leading ladies, Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion.<\/p>\n

During a recent interview with Chuck Creekmur of AllHipHo<\/a>p<\/em>, the Def Jam veteran stated that she felt the New York City native crossed a line by referencing Hot Girl Meg\u2019s late mother amid their very public spat.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m [a] diehard Nicki [supporter],\u201d she said . \u201cYou already know that. I went to war for Nicki and all of that. I think that she\u2019s super dope. That mom thing, that shit stabbed me in the chest. And even if she only said it once. Like, \u2018Bitch, you\u2019re lying on your dead mama.\u2019 That\u2019s a hard ass line,\u201d she added revealing she found the \u201cBig Foot\u201d lyrics distasteful.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut to make it like a [repeated phrase]. You know I love Nicki. I guess they say all is fair in battle rap and that\u2019s why I\u2019m not into that because that line, it\u2019s rough, man,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n

Lady Luck, whose mother passed away less than a year ago, went on to express a desire for rap battles to focus more on the art of rapping rather than provoking others with inflammatory rhymes.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat happened to battle rap?\u201d she inquired. \u201cI\u2019m not talking about Nicki and Megan right now, but battle rap in general<\/a>. What happened to y\u2019all being nice? Better metaphors and all of that. It became the tea and who can tell the other one\u2019s personal business more. And that\u2019s not rap to me.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Nicki has been widely criticized for how she has handled the feud, most recently catching flak for comparing Megan\u2019s shooting to Chris Brown\u2019s infamous 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna.<\/p>\n

The Young Money hitmaker has also been\u00a0forced to deny that she is using cocaine after several users on social media<\/a> accused her of going on a \u201ccoke rant\u201d against her adversary.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Roc Nation also caught a fade by Minaj in one of her many social media tirades last month.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Meg\u2019s \u201cHiss\u201d track \u2014 the song that started it all \u2014 found favor on the charts, topping the Billboard Hot 100 several weeks ago. According to\u00a0Chart Data<\/em>, the Houston Hottie and the\u00a0\u201cBig Foot\u201d\u00a0rapper are now the only female rappers in history to debut multiple songs at No.1 on the Hot 100 tally.<\/p>\n

The song in question is Megan\u2019s third single to top the chart, following two from 2020: \u201cSavage\u201d with\u00a0Beyonc\u00e9\u00a0and \u201cWAP\u201d alongside\u00a0Cardi B.<\/p>\n

Nicki, on the other hand, topped the charts for her verses on\u00a0Doja Cat\u2019s \u201cSay So\u201d and 6ix9ine\u2019s\u00a0\u201cTrollz\u201d in 2019 and 2020 respectively, plus her own solo hit \u201cSuper Freaky Girl\u201d released in 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
