SZA left quite the impression on the residents of\u00a0Sesame Street<\/em>during her app<\/a>earance, even leaving Cookie Monster in awe.<\/p>\n

On Saturday (March 9), everyone\u2019s favorite destroyer of desserts posted a clip to promote the \u201cSnooze\u201d singer\u2019s appearance on the show.<\/p>\n

In the video, Cookie Monster says: \u201cMe so happy you here on Sesame Street<\/em>!\u201d before revealing some puppet letters that try to spell out \u201cSZA,\u201d but mistakenly end up reading \u201cZSA\u201d instead.<\/p>\n

\u201cCool word, but what\u2019s it mean?\u201d the TDE singer asked. Check out the full clip below.<\/p>\n

SZA had been eyeing a Sesame Street<\/em> appearance for a long, long time.<\/p>\n

When it was announced that she would be stopping by the famous street, she took to social media<\/a> to share the latest development in her career and shared a post from 2017 that read: \u201cHOW DOES ONE GET ON SESAME STREET !?\u201d<\/p>\n

In a quote tweet, the 34-year-old revealed that she made it on the show seven years later with a photograph of her next to cast members on the set. In the caption, she wrote: \u201cGODS TIMING !!! FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS AND SAY THEM OUTLOUD !!NEVER GIVE UP !! ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE I BELIEVE IN YOU !!\u201d<\/p>\n

On Instagram, she shared a clip next to an\u00a0Elmo\u00a0puppet, telling him: \u201cI had the best time, Elmo. Thank you for having me \u2014 I can\u2019t wait to come back!\u201d The two then proceeded to share a hug.<\/p>\n

The appearance with Big Bird, Ernie & Bert and friends wasn\u2019t the only accomplishment SZA earned recently.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, the \u201cKill Bill\u201d singer scored the Best International Artist honor at the BRIT Awards, beating out Taylor Swift\u00a0for the prize, among others.<\/p>\n

SZA unexpectedly took home the nod in the competitive category. Also in the running for \u201cBest International Artist\u201d were Lana Del Rey, Olivia Rodrigo, Kylie Minogue, Afrobeats superstars\u00a0Burna Boy\u00a0and\u00a0Asake, and\u00a0Miley Cyrus \u2014 who took home the prize for \u201cInternational Song\u201d with her hit single \u201cFlowers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Back in February, SZA received seven new gold and platinum certifications\u00a0for songs released on 2022\u2019s\u00a0SOS<\/em>\u00a0album.<\/p>\n

\u201cOpen Arms\u201d featuring\u00a0Travis Scott, \u201cSeek & Destroy\u201d and \u201cGhost In The Machine\u201d featuring\u00a0Phoebe Bridgers all reached platinum status for the first time (meaning each cut sold over 1,000,000 equivalent units), and \u201cI Hate U\u201d and \u201cSnooze\u201d went three and four times platinum respectively. Most notably, \u201cGood Days\u201d attained 6x platinum status.<\/p>\n

Additionally, \u201cConceited\u201d was certified gold, with 500,000 equivalent units sold.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
