It hasn\u2019t come out yet,\u201d she said. \u201cBut, you know, until I hear it from Ashanti and Nelly\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When the host offered her apologies, Douglas replied: \u201cNo, it is public. Don\u2019t get it twisted. But it hasn\u2019t officially been announced. So until it is\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"instagram-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C4VF5sOu_Cc\/embed\" width=\"320\" height=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Rumors about Ashanti being pregnant surfaced in December when Nelly was spotted rubbing her stomach on stage at the Black and White Ball in St. Louis.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the rubbing came in response to the rapper\u2019s exhortation that the celebrity couple should \u201cseal the deal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ashanti added fuel to the rumors in January during a performance alongside Ja Rule, with the \u201cFoolish\u201d hitmaker appearing with what some interpreted as a discreetly concealed baby bump.<\/p>\n<p>The former Murder Inc. labelmates performed their smash hit \u201cMesmerize,\u201d with Ashanti wearing an oversized t-shirt dress paired with thigh-high boots in what fans thought looked like an attempt to hide her pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p>Nelly previously confirmed that he and Ashanti were back together in September, calling it a \u201csurprise\u201d for both of them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYeah, we cool again,\u201d he said at the time. \u201cI think it surprised both of us. It wasn\u2019t anything that I don\u2019t think planned. I think we were both doing pretty much what we do. Sometimes being separate you understand one another more.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou could be like maybe let me see exactly what they say. You know we could all be defensive in our relationships. We know we wrong but we gonna stand on it. We all a victim to that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cIt\u2019s no pressure.
