In the clip, he explained that he has focused on five practices for purpose, success and inner peace \u201cthrough an interactive guidebook on maintaining daily mental wellness\u201d in an effort to help people reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBesides the music, another project that\u2019s been years in the making and it\u2019s finally time,\u201d he explained. \u201cI can\u2019t even believe it for real. But anyone who know me since I signed my record deal knows if you look at my old <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>s, I\u2019ve always been about speaking from the heart, following your intuition and checking in with yourself mentally, because that\u2019s how I was raised.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He continued: \u201cThat\u2019s the upbringing that was surrounding me with my family. It was a lot of elevated thinkers. They\u2019d give me gems and these books that I eventually read. If it wasn\u2019t for them methods that I <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lied to my life, I for sure wouldn\u2019t be here today, period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI took all the lessons I learned, all the philosophies mixed with real-life experiences and condensed what works for me into these five strategies that really will teach you what success mean to you and show you what your purpose is if you don\u2019t already know.<\/p>\n<p>Watch the full video below:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"instagram-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C5TVe2frKFO\/embed\" width=\"320\" height=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Soon after his 36th birthday last month, Big Sean delivered an intimate <em>Tiny Desk<\/em> performance at NPR\u2019s office in Washington, DC, during which he sandwiched an unreleased track that samples Jodeci\u2018s \u201cGet On Up\u201d between some of his biggest hits.<\/p>\n<p>His version is titled \u201cGet Up,\u201d and he introduced the song with some sweet words about his one-year-old son, who he parents with Jhen\u00e9 Aiko.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wanna dedicate this one to my son, Noah Hasani. Daddy loves you so much, boy,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd everybody just working through what they working through, making the best of what they got, you know?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The soulful, upbeat song features the former G.O.O.D.
