Trip<\/a>pie Redd has revealed that he is not actually a father after taking a DNA test.<\/p>\n

Late last year, Trippie announced the cancelation of his Take Me Away Tour due to him welcoming a baby boy, but now it turns out the child is not his.<\/p>\n

The Ohio rapp<\/a>er broke the news<\/a> while speaking with DDG in a vlog<\/a> uploaded to the latter\u2019s YouTube<\/a> channel.<\/p>\n

While being given a tour of Trippie\u2019s $13 million mansion<\/a>, which is painted entirely black, DDG said to him: \u201cI feel like we had a kid around the same time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trippie then dropped the bombshell: \u201cBruh, I got a DNA test. I don\u2019t even got a kid.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cI swear, bro. I thought I did, and then I told the world that. Like, ahead of time, I never got no DNA test. And I ended up getting a DNA test and it wasn\u2019t my kid.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cDark Knight Dummo\u201d then revealed that he got the test done at the urging of his mother: \u201cMy mom was like, \u2018Get a DNA test.\u2019 You know how moms be. They be knowing. She was like, \u2018Get a DNA test.’\u201d<\/p>\n

Trippie detailed the emotional toll of finding out the truth: \u201cI feel like all the things I was going through during that time was like, really fucking with me. That\u2019s why I couldn\u2019t go on tour, or like, couldn\u2019t do shows and shit.<\/p>\n

\u201cI couldn\u2019t really get in my spunk and feel good and shit. It was a lot of shit going on. Just a lot of confusion. I mean, it\u2019s life. A lot of shit just happens. Maybe it happened for a reason.\u201d<\/p>\n

When announcing that he was a father, Trippie Redd could not have sounded more excited.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou guys have been talking about tour and why I canceled it. You want an explanation, so boom,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m dropping a project named\u00a0Saint Michael<\/em>, right? What if I was to tell you that\u2019s my son\u2019s name, and I canceled tour because I had to deliver my son?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cLife be life-ing,\u201d he added. \u201cY\u2019all sitting there, bashing me, saying all this crazy stuff. And here I\u2019m just bringing my child into the world, you know?\u201d<\/p>\n

He also posted a picture of the child and named a project after him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
