\n ITV Studios, the production arm of U.K. TV giant ITV, has sold Tel Aviv, Israel-based\u00a0formats\u00a0company Armoza Formats (game<\/a> show Still\u00a0Standing<\/em>,\u00a0docu-reality series<\/a> Marry Me Now<\/em>,\u00a0singing show The Four<\/em>), which it had acquired in 2019, back to its founder Avi Armoza.<\/p>\n

\n Financial terms weren\u2019t disclosed, but\u00a0Armoza will become an independent firm again. The company will keep the exclusive rights to produce ITV Studios formats in\u00a0Israel, while ITV Studios will retain the rights to the Armoza catalog it acquired in 2019. Ongoing productions won\u2019t be affected by the deal.<\/p>\n

\n In Israel, Armoza\u2019s productions of ITV Studios formats include the likes of the upcoming local version of Love Island<\/em> for Keshet, as well as Israeli versions of\u00a0Come Dine With Me<\/em>\u00a0and The 1% Club<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n \u201cUnder Avi\u2019s leadership, shows like\u00a0Love Island<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Come Dine with Me<\/em>\u00a0have launched successfully, and I\u2019m really pleased to continue to work with him as he represents our catalog of award-winning formats,\u201d said Lisa Perrin, managing director, international production at ITV Studios.<\/p>\n
