The upcoming anime<\/a> adaptation of Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World?<\/em> has received a key visual and a character trailer for protagonist Kai, as well as additional cast details.<\/span><\/p>\n

The new;y revealed cast names are Lynn<\/strong> as Falin and Hana Hishikawa<\/strong> as Reirein.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World?\u00a0<\/em>is set to premiere in July. The anime is based on the MF Bunko J light novel series<\/a> written by\u00a0Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World<\/em>\u2018s\u00a0Kei Sazane<\/strong>\u00a0and illustrated by\u00a0Neco<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The light novels ran from 2017 to 2020 with nine volumes and have inspired a manga adaptation drawn by Arikan<\/strong>, which Bookwalker Global describes as:<\/span><\/p>\n

War between the five races on earth \u2013 the humans, the \u201cDemonic Race\u201d, the \u201cWild God Race\u201d, the \u201cSpirit Race\u201d and the \u201cPhantom Beast Race\u201d- has ended in the victory of humans.<\/em><\/span>
It is said that \u201cProphet Sid\u201d had sealed the other four races in the black pyramid now called \u201cCrypts\u201d.<\/em><\/span>
Kai\u2019s job is to watch the crypts and make sure that there is no change. He is also training to save humans when the other races break the seal and come back to this world.<\/em><\/span>
The crypts looked quiet today\u2026but after Kai felt the world bending in front of his eye\u2026everything changed.<\/em><\/span>
\u201cWorld Rebirth\u201d was activated\u2026!!<\/em><\/span>
Now Kai is in a totally different world where no one knows him. But he remembers everyone!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
