Far from it.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6645d68014720-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>We\u2019ve been covering the tragic case out of South Carolina ever since we saw that really icky video of Pastor\u00a0<strong>John-Paul \u201cJP\u201d Miller<\/strong> breaking the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>. The man\u2019s wife had just died by suicide, and he was up there on the pulpit in the middle of a sermon, sharing details even the cops were keeping secret \u2014 not to mention openly discussing her mental health history. Many found it sus and wondered if more was going on, especially those who know JP personally (which should tell you something!).<\/p>\n<p>Sadly it does seem to be pretty definitive Mica died by suicide. Thanks to surveillance footage cops have a surprisingly comprehensive record of her final day, including when she went to a pawn shop and bought the handgun that killed her.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Related: Mica Told Her Sister If She Ended Up Shot In The Head, It Was Her Ex<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6645d68014726-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>But that doesn\u2019t mean the story is over. We\u2019re learning more and more about the supposedly pious JP and what he did to Mica over the years. First off, there\u2019s the fact he met her when she was just a 14-year-old member of his church. He <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>arently had her babysit for him \u2014 because he was already married with five kids. Then eventually he left that wife and married her. If this sounds like grooming to you, you aren\u2019t alone. He also allegedly tried to isolate her from her family, per court records. But after leaving him late last year she reconnected with her family, something made clear on her <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a> in the weeks before she died.<\/p>\n<p><iframe class=\"lazyload\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fphoto%2F%3Ffbid%3D122107982204241869%26set%3Da.122107982240241869&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500&amp;is_preview=true\" width=\"500\" height=\"478\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>They\u2019re the ones leading the #JusticeForMica campaign endeavoring to, at the very least, show the world who JP really is and the horrors he put Mica through. We\u2019ve already seen evidence he posted a revenge porn pic of her online just days before her death. Disgusting. And now we\u2019re learning more.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6645d6801472b-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Mica\u2019s sister\u00a0<strong>Sierra Francis<\/strong> has been sharing what she can online, including over the weekend a\u00a0<strong>TikTok<\/strong> showing alleged text messages from JP. The messages, left on Mica\u2019s sister\u2019s phone, seem to give detailed proof of an incident in November 2022 in which Mica had fled her husband to the safety of her family \u2014 and he refused not to come collect her.<\/p>\n<p>Even when the family told him no, he just said he was \u201c3 hours away.\u201d When he was told he wouldn\u2019t be let in to see her, he threatened:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m armed. I\u2019m ready\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6645d68014730-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Onward Christian soldiers, huh? Scary stuff. Another classic abuse tactic. She explained they even called the cops at that point:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6645d68014734-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe proof is in the abuse. Police reports were filed when JP threatened his life, we did a wellness check. That is when he got mad. Police stated \u2018when they arrived to perform a wellness check, he was loading micas belongings into his truck. he stated he was not suicidal.\u2019 #justiceformica.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>But that\u2019s not all. In messages directly to Mica, you can see evidence of those fake suicide threats, from \u201cHoney Baby\u201d on her phone:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cMy blood is on you, and my kids will know. All you had to do was come. Home. To me. But u wouldn\u2019t do it. I\u2019m done. All u had to do was love me enough to drive home to me. But\u00a0JP switched tactics after the police visit. He was so upset the \u201cf**king bitch tried to get me arrested,\u201d he told Sierra he had packed up all of his wife\u2019s belongings and thrown them away. He told her where to find the bags. The next morning he was apologizing again. Ugh.<\/p>\n<p>And what\u2019s especially insidious? In later texts he treats her like\u00a0<em>she\u2019s<\/em> the one exhibiting mental health problems. This gaslighting piece of s**t actually says in the middle of trying to convince her to come home that he wants to have kids with her \u2014 but <em>her<\/em> behavior keeps it from happening:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI also desperately want a child with u. I\u2019m just scared of this. This is the only reason I wouldn\u2019t. I\u2019m scared of divorce or putting the child thru things like this where u leave and aren\u2019t willing to do whatever it takes.\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6645d6801473d-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He also talked about how they had the \u201cgreatest\u201d marriage except for his \u201cone bad decision\u201d \u2014 which sounds a lot like she caught him cheating. We\u2019ve heard from folks who knew him he was a womanizer, and when she finally did divorce him Mica did so declaring infidelity was the cause. But of course he put the onus on\u00a0<em>her<\/em>, like it was her fault the marriage was in trouble:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAll of this started because of one bad decision a month ago in Columbia. If I could go back (in) time I would. We had the GREATEST marriage in the world up until that one wrong choice. Meanwhile he was being completely effing crazy and scary. ANYONE would have run, and he made her think she was being irrational. This is real, actual gaslighting. And who knows how long that was going on? We mean, if he really was grooming her from 14 years old, that was over half her life, her <em>entire<\/em> life as a woman. And the most upsetting part? We know she went back to him that time. Because she didn\u2019t file for divorce for another 11 months.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6645d68014741-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>It\u2019s not hard to see why Mica\u2019s family hold this man responsible for her death, even if he didn\u2019t pull the trigger.
