The couple took their love to Puerto Pe\u00f1asco, Mexico for a tropical vacation where they got to lounge under the sun and enjoy one another\u2019s company. But that unfortunately all came crashing down when tragedy struck on Tuesday\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a> Star Ben Potter\u2019s Tragic Cause Of Death Revealed<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>According to a statement issued on the official <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a> Prosecutor\u2019s Office of Justice of the State of Sonora<\/strong>\u2019s page on <strong>Facebook<\/strong>, Jorge died and Lizette sustained serious injuries after an \u201celectric discharge\u201d went off while they were in a jacuzzi:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-666b67738b808-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe General Prosecutor\u2019s Office of Justice of the State of Sonora (FGJES) initiated the relevant investigations to determine the causes that caused the death of one person and the injuries to another last June 11 in the jacuzzi of a complex of private condominiums in Puerto Pe\u00f1asco, Sonora after a electric discharge.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Read the full statement (below):<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p><iframe class=\"lazyload\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FFiscaliaGeneralSonora%2Fposts%2F776599941315664&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"591\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-666b67738b80c-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>According to <em>KTSM<\/em>, the couple was staying at the <strong>Sonoran Sea Resort<\/strong> and were the only ones in the jacuzzi when things turned deadly. A witness told the outlet she tried to help the couple after noticing the situation, but was shocked upon trying to enter the water. <strong>Sara Gaitan-Perez<\/strong>, an Arizona nurse, was also at the resort at the time of the tragedy and recalled her family being in the very same jacuzzi not long before in an interview with the <em>Arizona Daily Star<\/em>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe had just come up from the pool, and my husband and son were in that very same [hot tub] about an hour before.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>According to the outlet, she performed CPR on the couple:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-666b67738b810-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe wife ended up becoming responsive and was breathing on her own by the time she was taken by gurney to the ambulance.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Unfortunately, Jorge did not make it. Lizette is currently in critical condition in a US hospital, according to <em>KTSM<\/em>. The love they shared was one for ages.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>As of now, over $32,000 has been raised.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-666b67738b816-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>What a tragedy.
