\n Launched in 2022, The Hollywood Reporter<\/em>\u2018s annual New York Power Broker Awards, presented by luxury real estate publicity company The Society Group<\/a>, bestow honors on the biggest sellers and savviest marketers in NYC and the Hamptons.<\/p>\n

\n In addition to revealing the 2024 Team of the Year and the Philanthropic Impact Award winner, THR<\/em> is sharing the nominees in six categories. Winners will be announced in July.<\/p>\n

\n The Power Broker Awards are chosen by THR<\/em> editors and are based on sales numbers, media<\/a> presence, and the prestige of properties listed and sold.<\/p>\n

\n TEAM OF THE YEAR WINNER<\/strong> Compass\u2019 Hudson Advisory Group, which did $752 million in deals between April 15, 2023, and April 15, 2024.<\/p>\n

\n PHILANTHROPIST IMPACT AWARD WINNER <\/strong>Corcoran Group\u2019s Cathy Franklin, for her longtime support of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and its annual Play for P.I.N.K. fundraising luncheon.<\/p>\n

\n STRATOSPHERIC SALE AWARD NOMINEES<\/strong> (for a major single deal) Adam Modlin, Holly Parker, Douglas Elliman\u2019s Paige Nelson and MGS Group\u2019s Maggie Gold Seelig; Deborah Kern and Compass\u2019 Elizabeth Sahlman; Kern, Michael Lorber and Douglas Elliman\u2019s Eleonora Srugo.<\/p>\n
