While speaking to People<\/em> about his upcoming project Run Travis Run <\/em>in an article published on Tuesday, the Blink-182<\/strong> drummer let the outlet in on a little secret about his and Kourt\u2019s relationship. Before the pair tied the knot and started working on Barker Wellness<\/strong>, they connected over exercise, making their passion for fitness a big part of their relationship. He revealed:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s one of the main reasons we were so close. We would always work out together and run together or do stuff like that together before we were ever in a relationship \u2014 we were workout buddies forever. It was what started it all.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

They loved getting sweaty together even before\u2026 well, you know!<\/p>\n

He went on to say that even two years into their marriage, they still have a strict, side-by-side fitness routine, too:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll do Pilates together, we\u2019ll carve out a half hour or an hour every day to go out.\u201d<\/p>\n

And one of his favorite things about his wifey? Her \u201cavocado shakes\u201d which he says are unmatched:<\/p>\n

\u201cI stole her shake from her. and I\u2019ve just made that evolve a little bit and I made my own. We\u2019re both really into wellness. I introduced her to matcha back in the day. She\u2019s introduced me to particular foods.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The rocker said he and the 45-year-old eat \u201ca vegan diet about 75 percent of the time\u201d which is also something she introduced him to. Their shared passion is keeping their love strong, according to Trav:<\/p>\n
