Dark Horse Manga<\/a><\/span> has opened pre-orders for <\/span>Trigun Maximum Deluxe Edition<\/span><\/i> Volume 4, which collects the original manga\u2019s 10th, 11th, and 12th volumes. It will be released in retail bookstores starting February 25, 2025 and in comic shops on February 26, 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The fourth volume of the <\/span>Trigun Maximum Deluxe Edition<\/span><\/i> is a deluxe hardcover book that contains nearly 700 pages of artwork presented in the original 7\u00d710 inch serialized size. It features a ribbon bookmark and a faux leather cover with foil stamping.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The first three volumes of <\/span>Trigun Maximum Deluxe Edition<\/span><\/i> are also now available for pre-order. They are translated by <\/span>Justin Burns<\/b> and lettered by <\/span>Studio Cutie<\/b>. The deluxe volumes\u2019 cover designs are based on an original sketch, created specifically by creator <\/span>Yasuhiro Nightow<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Volume 1 of the Deluxe Edition will be released in October 2024, Volume 2 in November 2024, and Volume 3 in December 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nightow\u2019s original <\/span>Trigun<\/span><\/i> manga ran in Tokuma Shoten\u2019s Monthly Shonen Captain magazine from April 1995 to June 2000 through several irregular serializations and hiatuses. Three tankobon volumes were released by Tokuma Shoten and two volumes by Shonengahosha.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It was followed by <\/span>Trigun: Maximum<\/span><\/i>, which was serialized in Shonengahosha\u2019s Young King Ours magazine from October 1997 to March 2007. Fourteen tankobon volumes were released in total.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The manga inspired a 26-episode anime adaptation that aired in 1998 and an anime film titled <\/span>Trigun: Badlands Rumble<\/span><\/i> in 2010. A new anime series<\/a> titled <\/span>Trigun Stampede <\/span><\/i>premiered in 2023 and was streamed worldwide by Crunchyroll.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dark Horse describes the synopsis of <\/span>Trigun Maximum Deluxe Edition<\/span><\/i> Volume 4 as:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vash the Stampede, the galaxy\u2019s deadliest gunslinger, must fight to stop his evil brother Knives, from exterminating humanity on the planet Gunsmoke. Meanwhile, a fleet of Earth starships arrives to rescue their long-lost human brethren. Can they avert genocide if Vash fails, or will Knives ramrod the last roundup?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n\n
