Registration now!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Gemma 2 2B can run on a wide range of hardware, from laptops to edge devices and cloud deployments with Vertex AI and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). In addition, it\u2019s small enough to run on the free tier of the NVIDIA T4 deep learning accelerator.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ShieldGemma_and_Gemma_Scope\"><\/span>ShieldGemma and Gemma Scope<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>DeepMind is also introducing a set of two more additions to the model family: ShieldGemma and Gemma Scope.<\/p>\n<p>ShieldGemma is a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> of safety classifiers designed to detect and moderate harmful content in AI model inputs and outputs. It comes in various sizes and targets hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, and dangerous content.<\/p>\n<p>GemmaScope focuses on transparency. The tool comprises a collection of <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/arxiv.org\/abs\/2407.14435\">sparse autoencoders<\/a> (SAEs). These are specialised neural networks that unpack the complex inner workings of the Gemma 2 models and provide an easier-to-understand format of how they process information and make decisions.<\/p>\n<p>There are over 400 freely available SAEs covering all layers of Gemma 2 2B and 9B. The aim is to enable researchers to create more transparent and reliable AI systems.<\/p>\n<p>Starting today, developers and researchers can download Gemma 2 2B from <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kaggle.com\/models\/google\/gemma-2\">Kaggle<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/huggingface.co\/collections\/google\/gemma-2-2b-release-66a20f3796a2ff2a7c76f98f\">Hugging Face<\/a>, and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/console.cloud.google.com\/vertex-ai\/publishers\/google\/model-garden\/gemma2\">Vertex AI Model Garden<\/a>, or try it out in <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/aistudio.google.com\/app\/prompts\/new_chat?model=gemma-2-2b-it\">Google AI Studio<\/a>.
