The TV anime is part of <span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Kamitsubaki Studio<\/strong>\u2018s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kamitsubaki City Under Construction \u201cIP project\u201d that started in 2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The project\u2019s setting is the virtual Kamitsubaki City, which is home to five witches. <\/span>The <em>Kamitsubaki City Under Construction\u00a0<\/em>anime\u2019s main cast consists of the members of <b>V.W.P<\/b>: <span style=\"color: initial\"><strong>KAF<\/strong> (as Kafu Morisaki), <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>RIM<\/strong> (as Rime Tanioki), <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>HARUSARUHI<\/strong> (as Haru Asanushi),\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>ISEKAIJOUCHO<\/strong> (as Sekai Yorukawa), and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>KOKO<\/strong> (as Koko Rinne).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The first \u201cstory\u201d of the project was 2021\u2019s month-long alternate reality <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> <em>Kamitsubaki City Under Construction Emergence<\/em>. Since then, the setting has been split into multiple world lines with 2021\u2019s <em>Kamitsubaki City Under Construction Divergence <\/em>project, and these alternate worlds will be reflected in three planned <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> releases: a novel (<em>Kamitsubaki City Under Construction Chronicle<\/em>), a tabletop RPG (<em>Kamitsubaki City Under Construction Narrative<\/em>), and a \u201cdark-fantasy sci-fi visual
