Publisher Coatsink and developer Sad Cat Studios have delayed<\/a> science<\/a>-fiction retro-futuristic action platformer REPLACED<\/em> from its previously planned 2024 release window to 2025. It will be available for Xbox Series<\/a>, Xbox One, and PC via Steam<\/a> and Epic Games Store<\/a>, as well as via Xbox Game<\/a> Pass. <\/p>\n

Here is the full message from Sad Cat Studios on the delay:<\/p>\n

Hey everyone.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll keep it short: REPLACED<\/em> will now be released in 2025. Our initial release date was optimistic, and we apologize for that. Developing REPLACED<\/em> is quite a unique challenge, and we\u2019re proud to be creating something that special.<\/p>\n

We need more time to ensure we meet the high standards we\u2019ve set for ourselves and to meet the expectations of our fans. Feel free to join our Discord we post lots of devlogs there to share the progress and are open for a chat.<\/p>\n

REPLACED<\/em> was featured at Summer Game Fest earlier this summer, and now it will also finally be available at Gamescom for everybody to play! Come say \u201chi\u201d!<\/p>\n
