\n Peacock is making a big commitment to The Traitors<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n The NBCUniversal-owned streamer has ordered two more seasons of the show, which will take The Traitors<\/em> through its fifth installment. The pickup comes after season two of the series<\/a> earned four Emmy nominations \u2014 including nods for best reality competition program and outstanding host for a reality show in Alan Cumming \u2014 and several months before season three\u2018s planned premiere in early 2025.<\/p>\n

\n The Traitors<\/em> earned a good deal of buzz for its format \u2014 in which several players are \u201ctraitors\u201d who work to eliminate other contestants from the game<\/a> \u2014 and broke out in its second season, becoming the most watched unscript<\/a>ed streaming show in the U.S. for its premiere week in January. It spent five weeks in Nielsen\u2019s ranking of the top 10 original streaming shows.<\/p>\n

\n The season three cast, revealed in June, will feature Vanderpump Rules controversy magnet Tom Sandoval, multi-time Survivor<\/em> alum Rob Mariano, several Real Housewives, Selling Sunset\u2019<\/em>s Chrishell Stause and former Bachelorette<\/em> Gabby Windey, among others.<\/p>\n

\n Cumming will also return as host for seasons four and five. The host told The Hollywood Reporter<\/em> that he\u2019s playing a character while hosting The Traitors<\/em>, for which he earned the fifth Emmy nod of his career: \u201cI act my socks off in\u00a0The Traitors<\/em>, just like I did on\u00a0The Good Wife<\/em>, and it\u2019s this very juicy thing like I do in the theater or would do at the Tonys.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n The Traitors<\/em> is based on a Dutch format and produced by Studio Lambert, part of All3 Media<\/a>. Stephen Lambert, Mike Cotton, Sam Rees-Jones, Rosie Franks, Tim Harcourt, Jack Burgess and Cumming are the executive producers.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
