North Beach Game<\/a>s has announced<\/a> the establishment of North Beach Games Prague, a new development studio headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, to develop survival crafting game sequel Stranded Deep 2<\/em>. <\/p>\n

North Beach Games Prague is led by chief technology<\/a> officer and survival crafting game designer Sam Edwards, who co-created the original Stranded Deep<\/em> at Beam Team Games, and general<\/a> manager Tomas Psenicka, creator of Space Engineers<\/em>. The core development team will operate primarily on-site at the new studio, while also supporting some staff working remotely around the world.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re super excited to be kicking off the development of Stranded Deep 2<\/em> with our new development team, North Beach Games Prague,\u201d said North Beach Games creative director and chief technology officer Sam Edwards in a press release. \u201cTomas and his talented team will be a great partner to build out the studio as we look to the future of the franchise and explore new horizons.\u201d<\/p>\n
