\n Kaley Cuoco shared an inspirational workout video to social media<\/a> but while she aimed to encourage her followers with positive energy, others were focused on the fact she was wearing a mask while exercising.<\/p>\n

\u201cJump It Out. My newest obsession during COVID\/quarantine! All you need is 20 mins, a jump rope, and good music !\u201d the \u201cBig Bang Theory\u201d alum wrote alongside a video of herself in a black skirt and black workout halter top.<\/p>\n

Despite Cuoco\u2019s crisscross jumping coordination and cardio jogging, some of her 6 million followers took exception with Cuoco, 34, donning a mask during her workout.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re wearing a mask because why?\u201d probed one Instagram commenter.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou don\u2019t need a mask when you workout :),\u201d wrote another user, while another added, \u201cDon\u2019t use mask to exercise. CO2. Nice going.\u201d<\/p>\n

The comments came in a flurry, however, it didn\u2019t stop the \u201cHarley Quinn\u201d voiceover actress to fire back at trolls who lent their two cents.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor everyone and their mask comments. I wear a mask when I\u2019m in an enclosed space around others, which I was,\u201d she wrote in the comments section. \u201cI\u2019m protecting myself and everyone around me. That\u2019s why I choose to wear a mask. Thanks for playing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Critics\u2019 Choice Award winner was lauded for her consideration for others as many of Cuoco\u2019s followers defended her decision.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf she feels comfortable working out with a mask, good for her. That is her prerogative. Out of respect for people, that\u2019s what I do as well when in the gym. It\u2019s safer for you and the others around you,\u201d chimed one Instagram user.<\/p>\n

\u201cWearing a mask is not dangerous if you listen to your body,\u201d began another. \u201cKaley will likely feel a lot fitter after exercising like this once she can train without wearing a mask. It\u2019s like athletes doing altitude training. She is being a responsible citizen, it\u2019s a shame more people can\u2019t be!!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMask wearing protects others and yourself. SMH that this still needs to be explained,\u201d added another commenter.<\/p>\n

Cuoco will star in a new drama \u201cThe Flight Attendant,\u201d which recently resumed production after being halted by the coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\n

In \u201cThe Flight Attendant,\u201d Cuoco plays Cassie Bowden, a heavy-drinking flight attendant who finds herself waking up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed with a dead man and no bearings about what happ<\/a>ened.<\/p>\n
