An eighth <\/span>new hero visual<\/span> has been unveiled for the <\/span>upcoming third season<\/span> of <\/span>One-Punch Man<\/span><\/i>, highlighting the genius superhero Child Emperor. A premiere date for season three has not yet been confirmed.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The latest hero visuals comes after previous visual releases for Saitama, King, Genos, Fubuki\/Hellish Blizzard, Silver Fang, Terrible Tornado\/Tatsumaki, and Kamikaze.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The production staff for season three of <\/span>One-Punch Man<\/span><\/i> features some returning staff from the second season such as <\/span>Tomohiro Suzuki<\/b> as screenwriter, <\/span>Chikashi Kubota<\/b>, <\/span>Shinjiro Kuroda <\/b>(<\/span>Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy<\/span><\/i> Season 2 Episode 4 and 5 prop design assistant), <\/span>Ryosuke Shirakawa<\/b> (<\/span>Tsurune, Spy x Family<\/span><\/i> Season 1, <\/span>A Silent Voice<\/span><\/i> key animator) as character designers, and <\/span>Makoto Miyazaki<\/b> as music composer. <\/span>J.C.Staff<\/b> is in charge of the animation production after working on the second season.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The first season was directed by <\/span>Shingo Natsume<\/b> and produced by <\/span>Madhouse<\/b>, airing in 2015. A second season was released in 2019 and was directed by <\/span>Chikara Sakurai<\/b> at <\/span>J.C.STAFF<\/b>. Crunchyroll streamed both series<\/a> worldwide, outside of Japan.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The anime<\/a> series is based on the superhero action manga written by <\/span>ONE <\/b>and illustrated by <\/span>Yusuke Murata<\/b>. It has been serialized on Shueisha\u2019s Tonari no Young Jump since June 14, 2012 and has released 31 tankobon volumes as of July 2024, with a 32nd volume set for release on November 1, 2024. The manga originally began as a self-published work in 2009 on the Japanese manga website Nitosha.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

VIZ Media<\/a> releases the <\/span>One-Punch Man<\/span><\/i> manga series in English, describing the main synopsis as:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Every time a promising villain app<\/a>ears, Saitama beats the snot out of \u2019em with one punch! Can he finally find an opponent who can go toe-to-toe with him and give his life some meaning? Or is he doomed to a life of superpowered boredom?<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n\n
