Turing is also credited with providing some of the earliest insights into what is now referred to as &#8220;artificial intelligence.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 64 x 90.5 inch mixed-<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> painting, which was created this year and is signed &#8220;A&#8221; by Ai-Da, is estimated to fetch between $120,000 and $180,000, according to a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sothebys.com\/en\/buy\/auction\/2024\/digital-art-day-auction-2\/a-i-god-portrait-of-alan-turing\">listing<\/a> on Sotheby&#8217;s website. The robot can draw and paint using cameras in her eyes, AI algorithms and a robotic arm.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"newsletter_signup \">\n<figure class=\"embed embed--type-newsletter-widget embed--float-none embed--size-large embed--type-iframe\" data-ads=\"{\" wordcount=\"\">\n<\/figure>\n<\/aside>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_robotic_first\"><\/span>A robotic first<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;What makes this work of art different from other AI-generated works is that with Ai-Da there is a physical manifestation, and this is the first time a work from a robot of this type has ever come to auction,&#8221; Meller told CBS MoneyWatch.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The auction also highlights the advent of AI in society, he added.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is a lot of innovation h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ening \u2014 a huge number of robots are coming forward \u2014 and they will eventually do all sorts of different tasks.
