In a statement on Monday, Vox <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Media<\/a>-owned New York Magazine said it had enlisted law firm Davis Wright Tremaine to review Nuzzi\u2019s work during the 2024 campaign. \u201cThey reached the same conclusion as the magazine\u2019s initial internal review of her published work, finding no inaccuracies nor evidence of bias,\u201d the magazine said. \u201cNevertheless, the magazine and Nuzzi agreed that the best course forward is to part ways. Nuzzi is a uniquely talented writer and we have been proud to publish her work over her nearly eight years as our Washington Correspondent. We wish her the best.\u201d<\/p>\n<pre><code>Nuzzi had penned a profile of RFK Jr., who until recently had been running as a third-party candidate for U.S. president, which was published by New York Magazine in November 2023. That story was headlined \u201cThe Mind-Bending Politics of RFK Jr.\u2019s Spoiler Campaign,\u201d with a deck that read: \u201cHe\u2019s a conservative. He\u2019s a liberal. And he could turn the presidential race upside down.\u201d Nuzzi\u2019s relationship with RFK Jr. allegedly had not commenced prior to that point.\n\nIn July 2024, New York published an article by Nuzzi titled \u201cThe Conspiracy of Silence to Protect Joe Biden,\u201d which, according to the author, detailed \u201cstories from Democratic officials, activists, and donors who came away from interactions with Joe Biden disturbed by what they had seen.\u201d Later that month, President Biden ended his reelection campaign and &lt;a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:5;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aol.com\/entertainment\/kamala-harris-takes-reins-biden-232238445.html\"&gt;VP Kamala Harris stepped up as the Democratic presidential candidate&lt;\/a&gt;.\n\nIn its statement last month, New York Magazine said that if it had \u201cbeen aware of this relationship, [Nuzzi] would not have continued to cover the presidential campaign\u201d and said, \u201cWe regret this violation of our readers\u2019 trust.\u201d\u00a0\n\nAri Wilkenfeld, an attorney at Alan Lescht &amp;amp; Associates representing Nuzzi, said in a statement Monday: \u201cMs. Nuzzi is gratified though not surprised that two different investigations have determined that her reporting on the 2024 campaign was sound and that she did nothing wrong. For nearly eight years, she consistently produced critically celebrated and hugely popular journalism in her capacity as the Washington Correspondent for New York Magazine. She is grateful for the editors, fact checkers and artists with whom she worked and to the readers who have supported her with their time, sub<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>ions and engagement. She looks forward to the next chapter of her career.\u201d\n\nIn a &lt;a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:6;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aol.com\/entertainment\/york-magazine-olivia-nuzzi-suspended-032516829.html\"&gt;previous statement&lt;\/a&gt;, Nuzzi had said, \u201cEarlier this year, the nature of some communication between myself and a former reporting subject turned personal.
