Take-Two Interactive Software CEO Strauss Zelnick told <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gamesindustry.biz\/zelnick-on-private-division-sale-those-projects-were-smaller-were-in-the-business-of-big-hits\">GamesIndustry.biz<\/a> the buyer will be disclosed \u201crelatively soon.\u201d <span id=\"more-926148\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The purchase includes the Private Division label and all of its live and unreleased projects. Take-Two Interactive Software, however, will continue to support Moon Studios\u2018 action RPG <em>No Rest for the Wicked<\/em>, which launched under the label in Early Access for PC via <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/1371980\/No_Rest_for_the_Wicked\/\">Steam<\/a> on April 18, and is planned for a full release across PlayStation 5, Xbox <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Series<\/a>, and PC.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Private Division and developer Weta Workshop are planning to release single-player life simulation game <em>Tales of the Shire: A The Lord of the Rings Game<\/em>\u00a0for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC via <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/2016460\/Tales_of_The_Shire_A_The_Lord_of_The_Rings_Game\/\">Steam<\/a> on March 25, 2025<\/p>\n<p>Back in May, Bloomberg reported that Take-Two Interactive Software planned to close Private Division subsidiary studios Roll7 and Intercept Games, which Zelnick <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/take-two-ceo-on-intercept-roll7-we-didnt-shutter-those-studios\">denied<\/a>, despite <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jasonschreier\/status\/1791236904580436176\">documents stating otherwise<\/a>.
