Merchants can activate the feature from the Promotions page in the Merchant Center by providing sale details, dates, a URL and imagery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why we care.<\/strong> The new promotion type is simpler to set up than traditional product-specific promotions, which could make it easier for you to advertise larger sales campaigns across Google\u2019s shopping placements. This could boost the visibility of those broad discount offers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The details.<\/strong> Unlike standard promotions that must be tied to individual products, the \u201cSale Event\u201d promotion allows merchants to highlight <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a> sales and discounts, such as \u201cAll items up to 70% off.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The streamlined setup process could lower the barrier for merchants to promote their broader sales initiatives through Google\u2019s shopping channels, potentially increasing the visibility and success of those campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>The new feature is available only for Free Listings in the U.S. at this time.
