A new winter <\/span>seasonal visual<\/span> has been released for the upcoming <\/span>Tougen Anki: Legend of the Cursed Blood<\/span><\/i> TV anime<\/a> series<\/a>, showcasing Rasetsu Academy instructor Naito Mudano in the snow. The latest visual is also captioned with the title \u201cThe Memories of Snowfall.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2025 and is licensed by Remow, who lists the series under the title <\/span>Tougen Anki: Dark Demon of Paradise<\/span><\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The anime\u2019s main voice cast stars <\/span>Kazuki Ura<\/b> as Shiki Ichinose, <\/span>Hiroshi Kamiya<\/b> as Naito Mudano, and <\/span>Kotaro Nishiyama <\/b>as Jin Kogasaki.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The original dark fantasy adventure manga series by <\/span>Yura Urushibara<\/b> began serialization in Akita Shoten\u2019s Weekly Shonen Champion on June 11, 2020 and has released 21 tankobon volumes as of September 2024, with a 22nd volume due out on January 8, 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The manga previously inspired a 2024 stage play adaptation, which is described as the first phase of the <\/span>Tougen Anki<\/span><\/i> project (the anime is the second phase).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Yen Press is releasing the <\/span>Tougen Anki<\/span><\/i> manga series in English, describing the main synopsis as:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shiki Ichinose\u2019s blood is Oni, and his father\u2019s is Momotarou. Normally, those with Momotarou blood hunt the Oni\u2014but Shiki\u2019s father refused to kill him as an infant. Instead, he adopted Shiki and raised him despite the rebellious attitude and dangerous temper that come with Oni blood. When a member of the Momotarou Agency kills Shiki\u2019s father, Shiki vows to avenge him. But as he hones his abilities and learns to control his Oni blood, will he be strong enough to survive the dangers waiting for him\u2026?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n\n
