\nThe Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/i> is the latest addition to the Real Housewives<\/i> franchise, and it will air on Bravo soon. Lisa Barlow, Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Jen Shah, Whitney Rose, and Meredith Marks are the new women viewers will see live their lives.<\/p>\n

\u201cBravo expands the hit franchise and heads to the slopes with the new series The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/i> launching with a supersized premiere on Wednesday, November 11 from 10:00 \u2013 11:15 pm\u202fET\/PT<\/b>.\u202f The series delves into the undiscovered world of Salt Lake City within an exclusive social<\/a> circle made up of six successful women who\u2019ve created their own paradise filled with luxury homes, shopping sprees\u202fand multi-million-dollar businesses. The series follows the elite and unconventional lives of Lisa Barlow, Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose and Jen Shah, as they navigate a society fueled by religion, beauty, wealth and perfection.<\/p>\n

The Mormon church is undeniably engrained in the culture of Salt Lake City, but these women represent a spectrum of religious beliefs ranging from Mormon, Islamic, Jewish and Pentecostal. Here perfection is not an aspiration, it\u2019s a mandate.\u202f\u202fWith a deep-rooted history, these women share a special bond, but when circles are this tight it\u2019s only a matter of time before beliefs and personalities collide.\u202fWhether hitting the slopes, attending parties at Sundance or hosting the city\u2019s elite, these housewives hold themselves and each other to an extremely high standard and never hold back when things go sideways, but lord knows they are always there for each other when they need it most.<\/p>\n

Meet the ladies of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/i><\/p>\n

LISA BARLOW<\/p>\n

Born in New York, Lisa Barlow has been living in Utah for over 20 years. As the owner\u202fof a marketing company and various tequila brands, she\u202fconsiders herself\u202f\u201dMormon 2.0\u2033 as she is\u202fnot one to adhere to all of the traditional\u202fand\u202fstrict Mormon rules. Lisa attended BYU with Heather and has been best friends with Meredith for years. Married\u202fto her husband John with two children, she seemingly has it all, but struggles with her quest for perfection\u202fwhen her unrealistic standards start impacting her friendships.<\/p>\n

MARY COSBY<\/p>\n

With a penchant for God, couture and only the finest champagne, Mary Cosby is a Pentecostal First Lady who inherited her family\u2019s empire of churches, restaurants and more. The caveat in her taking over the family business was that she marry her late grandmother\u2019s second husband,\u202fRobert Cosby Sr. They have since been married for 20 years and have one teenage son together.\u202f Small but mighty and always dressed to the nines, her unconventional past has made her\u202fguarded\u202fand she quickly finds herself on shaky ground with\u202fsome of the ladies.<\/p>\n

HEATHER GAY<\/p>\n

A devout Mormon from birth, Heather Gay was married to Mormon royalty for 11\u202fyears, but has distanced herself from the church after her divorce. A self-proclaimed \u2018good Mormon gone bad,\u2019 she now considers herself\u202f\u201dMormon-ish\u201d as she plays by her own rules. A devoted mother to three daughters, she owns a burgeoning Med-Spa business, Beauty Lab and Laser where\u202fthe ladies often frequent. As she embarks on the next chapter of her life, Heather is on a journey of self-discovery as she finds her voice and looks for love again.<\/p>\n

MEREDITH MARKS<\/p>\n

Meredith Marks is a celebrity jewelry designer with a store on Main Street in\u202fPark City. Jewish and married for over 25 years, Meredith and her husband Seth have hit a rough patch and with their kids in college, she is faced with being an empty nester for the first time in her life. An ice queen with a knack for partying, Meredith is often out on the social circle alongside Jen and Lisa, who love to buy her jewelry \u2013 even the rings off her fingers. Meredith app<\/a>ears to have it all but when rumors begin to swirl, she must decide if she wants to turn to her girlfriends for support or suffer in silence.<\/p>\n

WHITNEY ROSE<\/p>\n

A descendant of \u201cMormon Royalty,\u201d Whitney Rose has been trying her best to navigate life outside of\u202fthe religion for over a decade.\u202fShe left the church\u202fafter she fell madly in love with her boss, Justin,\u202fand the two had an affair. Within weeks, they both left their spouses to be with each other and got married when Whitney found out she was pregnant.\u202f Married for 10 years, they have two children \u2013 Bobbi and Brooks \u2013 and she owns a skin care line called Iris and Beau. Now, she is faced with parenting her father who is dealing with his own struggles and depends on her for everything.\u202f And just when it seems like society is finally beginning to accept her 10-year-marriage, scandalous rumors about her progressive relationship start to swirl.<\/p>\n

JEN SHAH<\/p>\n

As a Tongan and Hawaiian growing up in Salt Lake City, Jen Shah felt like she often stuck out in her traditionally white, Mormon world. When she learned about the historical mistreatment of black people in the Mormon religion,\u202fshe converted from Mormonism to Islam. A mom of two with her husband, Sharrieff, Jen is the queen of her house and her businesses as the CEO of three marketing companies. Always decked out in designer brands, Jen loves to host parties and spares no expense \u2013 it\u2019s important to her that everyone knows she is the best host in Utah.\u202fWith an extravagant personality and sharp tongue, she can go from 0 to 100 very quickly, but usually comes back with apologies and love.\u202fBut it\u2019s not always fun and game<\/a>s for Jen with this group of women when she quickly finds herself at the center of the drama.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
